This integration creates a custom form for users with a Keap application. And to be able to mass delete tags, tasks, companies, and products. I used REST V1 and V2 with PHP, Sortable.min.js, and Bootstrap for this project. Users can connect more than one of their applications. And they can disconnect an application as well.

The inspiration was with the new affiliate feature in Keap Ultimate. I wanted to add an option for users to create affiliates from form submissions and to automatically add them to commission programs when creating the affiliate. While I was working on this, I also added the option to not only add contacts to existing companies, but also to create companies and fill out company custom fields. I even added the option for form submissions to trigger a tag application or an API Goal in the automation.

For the mass deletion feature, I created it because the Pro and Max editions of the application currently have no options to mass delete tags, companies, tasks, or products. I used REST V2 delete calls and set it up to make one call for each selected action to delete, with a delay between calls to try to prevent throttling.

This project was part of a PHP course on Udemy by Md Morshedul Arefin called "Build a News Portal Website with PHP, MySQL (2026)". The project is to create a news portal, but I'm using it to create regular posts.

There is an admin side where I can create the post to display on the main site. Also, on this side, I can create, edit, and delete categories and subcategories for the post, create posts for authors, edit the advertisement images, logs, and favicons, edit the terms, about, faq, privacy, photo, and video gallery pages. I can also edit the header and footer information along with a live channel and poll section in the sidebar.

On the main page, I can filter posts by title, category, and subcategory. There are also ways to filter posts by author, date, tag, and by month in the archive drop-down in the sidebar. People can also make comments and reply to them. As the admin, I have to approve before they are displayed. I also have, at the bottom, an area where people can subscribe. As of now, it is getting added as a subscriber.

Even though this is for a news portal, it can be used for anything else, for example, a help center or a blog. I am treating it as a personal post site.
